SOS-Bees is a denomination of Greenpeace which, according to their mission statement, is the “leading independent campaigning organization that uses peaceful protest and creative communication to expose global environmental problems and to promote solutions that are essential to a green and peaceful future.” Focusing solely on the honeybee, one of the world’s primary pollinators, they write how there has been a twenty-five percent loss in Europe since 1985 and a whopping forty-five percent decrease in the United Kingdom since 2010.
