First one needs to determine the objectives of the presentation. The speaker needs to ask themselves the basic questions of every successful speakers, who? What? When? Where? Why? How? Before preparing the presentation. It is easier for students because the already know their general audience, the lecturer and the classmates. The next thing is deciding on how to structure your presentation. Start by determining the duration of the presentation. Once this is done, you need to space out the most important aspects of the presentation within that time. This most important segments are the introduction presentation and the conclusion. The introduction should inform the audience of the purpose of the presentation, summarize the main topics and also state what you hope to achieve at the end of the presentation. Students need to overcome their fears and develop compatible skills to effectively communicate with the lecture and other students.
