As said by Wesley Wagner, prime leadership needs to have a well-developed foundation, consistency, and the process of building new leaders (Wagner 23). Having a strong foundation can mean multiple concepts, but it is essential for the followers to have loyalty and take pride in what they are doing (Wagner 23). Creating a foundation has to have a clear and specific vision (Williamson). Having a vision is what inspires others to follow the leader towards the ultimate goal desired.
