1.Introduction
From the ancient time there always was one reason to evaluation of human being and it was self improvement. Personal development is the analysis and practise of developing of people's life. Common action of personal improving is goal setting, direction, developing perception, recognizing one's significance and dreams. The ancient Greek philosopher had the significant role on improving personal development. Its rich history has many timeless works that have admitted us to truly evaluate our personal and professional lives and get more better understanding of who we are and who we want to be. The relationship to the job is the most common problem of our generation because most of people choose their job not by their will. Attitude to work is expressed in a number of traits, of which primarly should be noted diligence. As fo me, i feel the need fo labor, of regardless of the form in which the works is expressed. Of course I have more or less interesting kinds of work, but it is a great pleasure and joy to the process of labor, leading to the creation of socially useful products. For me sitting without any work brings to the anxiety, boredom and even suffering. Each person has their own system of values. This system has an impacton all spheres of life, including employment. I have few values which I will find in my job. They are knowledge - a wonderful opportunity to get additional education, freedom – the ability to create my own working hours and work assignments, plesure – to find joy and pleasurein work, reputation – the work that is admired and respected and in addition security – the feeling that I can get a stable salaries. But the most important value for me is the product or the job which i will do because I believe that it will make people's life more better, more colorful and more beutiful. In most companies there are time-tested practices and mechanisms of motivation. Simplistically, most of the incentive schemes are constructed according to the following logic: getting certain material or immaterial incentive, the employee performs goals and achieves the desired. Eventually, this motivation was used during many years. Many big companies like apple or google to motivate their employers give them a piece of company cake known as stocks and after that they become stockholders. Consequently, stockholders always try to up growing their company, for me this motivation more satisfy my motivational
