Business culture is representing the significant factors in any of the country that your are willing to do your business. As we know different country might have different culture, appearances are important in Italy. Italians are expectation the foreigners when working with them should be punctual but in business meeting Italians are usually late. Besides, they should wearing well-dressed accessories and dress conventionally. The handshakes before and end of a meeting with business partners is the standard in business environment in Italy and sometimes an air kiss on the cheeks in normal when with familiar parties.
