Students may doze off in class but would still be able to catch up easily. In college, staying up too late and getting run down can lead to illness, therefore missing classes. It is much harder to miss class in college because so much information is given during a lecture. In order to prevent this from happening, students should set a regular bedtime. It is imperative that students stay caught up with their work. Even when exhausted students cannot give up, you have to push yourself, otherwise, the money put forth to pay for school goes to waste. In order to keep up with assignments, students must go to class, skipping will make students feel less connected and can lead to dropping out. If a student oversleeps often it can be prevented by not staying up too late and setting a regular bedtime. Some students may skip class because they are partied out. On many campuses, there are parties every night. Save this for the weekends, so work can be done during the week. Studying and time management is the key to succeeding in college. Organization and effectively using time can be a struggle. There are endless resources to help students get their work done and still have time to relax.
