Family owned businesses in this line of work usually works on houses or businesses in a close area, usually for friends and family or people recommended by them. Rather Family owned or a large scale business it’s hard for people in these companies to lose their jobs because any type of grounds or maintenance work is always in demand, the only way for someone in this line of work would lose their job is bad work quality, work confliction, or least likely is down sizing. As for a Large Scale business it would be better benefits that are provided that a small family owned business can offer like, 401 K, better health insurance, dental care and maybe holiday bonuses.
