That way people can use it for medical and recreational reasons, but everything would be done in healthy and safe proportions. People shouldn’t be so concerned with what others do. As long as what people are doing is safe and isn’t over the top then it should be ok. If someone doesn’t like drugs or alcohol then they don’t have to even look at it. If someone does like drugs and alcohol then they should be able to partake in what ever activates they want as long as they are keeping it a safe private
