In fact, their workers are known as “Samsung Man,” not being specific to any gender. In Korea, “Samsung Man” refers to the most talented elite people. They are perceived to be the highest-paid employees who enjoy the best welfare benefits in Korean Society. Just as someone in the US would perceive an individual who works for Google or Apple. One prominent reason as to why Samsung is so innovative is because they are heavily invested into their employees. Their innovative ability comes from their methodology of producing an elite group of workers that are enforced and supported by a rigid system of training and management.
