Knowledge management is to construct in the organization of both a humanistic and technical knowledge system that allows the organization of information and knowledge. Through the acquisition, creation, sharing, integration, recording, accessing, updating and other processes, it achieves the ultimate goal of the knowledge innovation (Soo et al, 2002). In the information age, knowledge has become the most important source of wealth and knowledge workers is the most vital assets (Sveiby, 1997). The most important task of organizations and individuals is to manage knowledge. Knowledge management will enable organizations and individuals owning a stronger competitive and making better decisions.

For an IT enterprise, knowledge discovery is to track the international forefront of IT and to understand the trend of network development and the future (Waltz, 2003). Additionally, knowledge discovery is to find all kinds of knowledge and talent development that the company needs. Currently, Web2.0 technology is a boon for knowledge discovery. Blog, Wiki, Tag, RSS subscriptions, etc., have changed the habits of the people of knowledge discovery (Kumar and Kaushik, 2013). Tencent knowledge management through social media can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the discovery of knowledge through imitation and innovation. Secondly, tracking the international forefront of knowledge discovery. To discover the latest knowledge and information of international information industry, in 2002, Tencent set up offices in the United States (Tencent, 2009). One of the important functions is a weekly trend report to Shenzhen headquarters by social networking. In September 2006, Tencent set up offices in Seoul, Korea (Tencent, 2009). On one hand, it is used to make the coordinate staff come to Korea to watch the game developing. On the other hand, it is more closely to collect Korea Internet information.
