You have to be strong and confident that you can stop and mean it. It took me 3 years for me to actually stop for good, I was so caught up in what tasted good that I didn 't see myself putting on more pounds and my health going to waste. To stop I had to strictly change what I ate. I started to eat more salads and fruits plus, I had to go to the gym and workout almost everyday. It took a lot of sweat and tears for me to loose all that weight but I had to do it, I had to prove everyone wrong. In the midst of me doing that, I learned a lot about myself.
