In the paper “Flexible Leadership – Self Knowledge, Guiding Principles and Flexible Approaches” [3], the author performed a review of the previous literatures and concluded that there are three main traits or behaviours which can drive a leader to success. Firstly, a flexible leader should be self-aware of their own strengths and weaknesses in terms of skills, experience and knowledge. Secondly, leaders should have their own principles which will guide them in terms of the approaches that they would take at various situations and it will define what kind of leaders they are and how they would like to function as leaders.
