Elementary Educator

Elementary Educators are very important because they shape our nation’s youth. There are a few reasons why I would love to become an educator, especially with Elementary aged children. I think helping the lives of the young kids would have such a positive impact on my life. Children are open to new experiences and can handle them in positive ways when introduced with a positive attitude and support from an adult. I want to be that adult.
There are three areas that are essential to the educator in their desire to teach. Educational requirements present the first step or challenge for one with a desire to teach. These minimal education requirements must be met in order to receive needed certification to reach the classroom as an educator. Money and benefits are concerning to the teacher as the extrinsic rewards that provide for the livelihood of the teacher. Compassion, on the other hand, provides the intrinsic reward experienced by the educator as they have to relate to each of their students individual needs and finds a successful pathway for meeting those needs and ensuring the success of the student.

It is giving you class time that will help further your knowledge once you become a teacher yourself. Student Teaching is often completed in you last year of study. The number of hours that you must go observe will be based on where you are completing your schooling. The reason a lot of people wait until their last year is because there's so many classes that are required before you can even walk in and help teach. You will gain lots of practical experience, and that experience will help guide you. You should be welcome to criticism, record yourself and make sure to take plenty of notes.
