Great post, your post really touched me and hit home. I work as a probation officer everyday my clients come to me about the difficulties of them not being able to obtain a job because of their background. I understand these individuals have committed a crime but they still have families to take care. I do feel everyone deserves a seconded chance as well. We all make mistakes and we all learn from our mistakes no one is perfect, sometimes based on circumstances we make some poor decisions but that doesn't mean that we should not be forgiven. Another strategy you can use to help clients who been incarcerated find job is talk to pastor or ministry leaders and see if they have jobs available for individuals who have been incarcerated.
