The word for wisdom in the phrase, “Here is wisdom”, is the Greek word, Sophia, which is more often associated with man’s cleverness. I suspect the riddle, if there is one, is in the front half of the sentence. Do you want “wisdom” (sophia: smarts, intelligence)? Then gain “understanding” (nous: which only the Lord can give).
God is saying, “Here is wisdom — Gain understanding!” As the proverb says, “The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; and with all your acquiring, get understanding.” (Prov. 4:5-7).
