Personal Healthy Lifestyle Plan What does it mean to be healthy? Does it mean being buff and eating healthy? Well that is only part of the equation when it comes to being overall healthy. Over the last nine to ten weeks I have learned a lot about the human body and about myself as a human being. Taking this managing fitness concepts class has really opened my eyes up to what my body needs to survive, and be healthier down the road. The base of the whole class lies upon five main factors of health and wellness: physical, spiritual, social, intellectual and emotional. Without these important factors we could not function as a healthy human being. We will start out with the first of the five functions,

Humans and other living creatures depend on interaction with others ether it be nurture from parents, love with a significant other, or even just basic communication from people who are close to us or complete strangers. These interactions develop our motor skills and abilities to properly communicate and learn what is right and wrong. If we did not have these basic interactions we would not know how to walk properly, talk, feeling certain emotions and might develop a mental health problem that causes emotional scaring or jealousy. I plan on eating healthier and working out more on a consistent basis. I also plan to devote time to let everything go and just think about the now and clear my mind of all the stress I have in life. I also hope to keep interacting with others and learn new things to help with my new diet and exercise regimen. No matter how tough the road might become in the future, as long as I try to keep at it and keep a healthy state of mind, I can see myself changing my life around for the better and having long term benefits down the road. With even the slightest bit of change the risk of heart disease will decrease, better blood flow and my heart rate will finally be in a consistent range. No matter what is in store for my future, if I change what I do now, the possibilities will be greater than if I can continue what I was doing in high
