In the lush greenery of North-East, there lived a girl named Pratiksha, who was mentally very strong & also brilliant in her studies and because of her hard work; she was able to complete her education. During her studies, she met a boy, Pratik, who was from a nearby district and as the time passed by both eventually went on to become good friends. They helped each other in their studies, shared their good and bad moments together and as the time passed; it seemed that both of them were made for each other. He achieved many high positions in his teaching career but he couldn’t achieve a position in his love life as his heart still called for his love Pratiksha. Co-incidentally, on one day, when he went to attend a seminar as a resource person, he met Pratiksha, who also came there as a participant. Though she was not happy, with her marriage, she acted as if she was the happiest wife in the world which added more toPratik’s sorrow. She was so tough that she even didn’t shed any tear in front of him, so that he gets a clue that she still loves him. This toughness and acting of her was actually because of the death of her father, years ago, which prevented Pratik from marrying Pratiksha as per his father’s demand of maintaining the dignity of their family. A few days later, when Pratik’s father was in his last stage of life, he revealed the truth of their marriage after which he died. In the meanwhile, Pratiksha’s mother also died because of her old age.
