None the less, it doesn 't mean that you necessarily can avoid the shaming itself because in today 's world of public shaming one small tweet or picture or message can turn this world upside down. That 's why its always smart to understand something from the other side. The easiest way to avoid the shame itself is to not do anything to jeopardize where you are in this world. So many people every day make the mistake and are dropped form this society like they were never even here. In many cases lives are changed and never returned so, what an individual needs to do is just avoid the shame and never let it affect you or never let it start in the first place. What it means though, to own up to your actions is different than avoiding them. To own up to shame is knowing that what a person did was wrong and he or she can own up to it. Even if the shaming is beyond repair they still can say they messed up and try to disarm the shame itself and not let it live on. In today 's America that is why they use public shaming as a way of punishment because if a person can publically shame themselves and learn from they mistakes then that is also a way of disarming the shame because they have the proclivities to do so. When learning about others it will let a lot of people see that we are all the same in the end and hard to say it but we all can think, act, talk, and do the same stuff. It may take time for people to learn how to become self activialized but anything is possible and people can do extrodinary things if the time is right. So what we all need to think about is how to become better around others and how we can learn to cope and understand the other side of a situation
