Workplace Violence is the act of any threat or physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the location of the worksite. The external and internal environment of one’s organization can be affected by violence in abundances of ways. The internal environment of the workplace is considered to be the employees its self and other higher level managers, executives, and CEOs.
