Teenage Depression
Suicidal behavior and depression can ruin the life of teenagers and young adults. In the USA, teenage suicide ranks first among the causes of death of young people and adolescents. Statistics show that every year 500,000 teens attempt suicide and 5,000 of them brought their attempts to death. These data are reminiscent of the epidemic.
Problems in the family, loss of a loved one, failure at school, or persistent failure in personal relationships, all of which can cause negative thoughts and lead to depression. But for a teenager, these problems seem insurmountable, and the pain they cause intolerable. Suicide is anact of desperation and has become the main outcome of teenage depression.

Also, the consequences are very different, depending on the severity of the condition of a teenager ­‐ from failure and absenteeism in the school to suicide. That is why it is so important to know how to recognize impending trouble and to urgently seek expert opinions even if it regarding yourself or the other.
As an example, getting a bad grade can develop feelings of worthlessness and inferiority in a college student. School performance, social status among peers, sexual orientation, and family well­‐being are the factors that have a huge impact on the mental state of a teenager. Sometimes, teen depression may result from exposure to environmental factors. But if any friends or relatives­‐ or even hobbies ­‐ cannot help a teenager get rid of feelings of unhappiness, regardless of its causes, there is a huge possibility that he is sick of teenage depression.
Often, teenage depression symptoms manifest as changes in mood and behavior. Sick children lose motivation in life and become withdrawn, they come home from school and just close themselves in a room and sit alone for hours. Such children have seen increased drowsiness, appetite swings and even criminal behavior, such as petty theft in stores or alcohol intoxication or drug intoxication.

Doctors have been studying the effects of alcohol on the development of the disease and found that there is a relationship between cancer and regular use of alcohol. They argue that if a glass of wine on adaily basis to take the risk of developing cancer of the throat or mouth increases by 168%.
How to reduce the negative effects of alcohol?
1. First of all the best solution is ­‐ stop drinking.
2. But, if you still cannot do it here are some tips to help reduce the effects of alcohol on the body: • Drink plenty of water. Alcohol eliminates a lot of fluid from the body. Ideally, you should drink an extra liter of water, or even two, if you know you are going to drink alcohol.
• Eat. As already mentioned, a full stomach slows down the absorption of alcohol, giving the body time to gradually withdraw it.
• Do not lean on fatty foods. Yes, fats produce the film, which prevents the absorption of alcohol in the stomach, but an excessive amount of fatty foods would harm the body than it would save you from alcohol.
• Avoid carbonated beverages. Carbon dioxide contained therein, accelerates the absorption of alcohol.
• If you just want to support the company and do not want to get drunk, then the best option ­‐ one drink per hour. By following this rule, you will give your body time to ensure that alcohol is
