Since people are interactive and resources are shared, what we learn and we do are the same as our family, neighbors and friends, as well as others in the world. The shared society we are living are the cave mentioned above. Besides those people who are living in the remote areas have their own living system, and disconnect themselves to the mainstream, for instance, Bhutanese, they have limit connection to the other parts of the world and create their own living style and hence being the only few who are living outside the cave. In the common society, whistle blower may be one of the examples of outsider whom they do not believe empirical evidence, as they may not always true. E.g. perception tells that referee ensures fairness and prevents athletes from violating rules. However, that may not be the same in every situation. While some people have figured out the defect in the empirical evidence and tried to persuade others to believe, unfortunately, mainstream is always hard to be convinced. Thus, this is why whistle blowers existed.
