Most of the population has problems caused by obesity. Some problems are high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, heart disease, joint problems, cancer, and psychological effects. These are life threatening issues that unhealthy eating and bad physical care can cause that could easily be fixed. Effects have been increasing throughout the nation, “Each year obesity related cost over 150 billion dollars and cause an estimated 300,000 premature deaths in the US.” (Stanford Health Care). Getting help for obesity care costs a lot, so not only are you worried about your health, you’re worried about your money as well. Obesity leaves a mental effect along with a physical one.
