I think this because they already somewhat know each other, considering his family lives in the palace with the royal family. Kile supposedly irritates Eadlyn a lot, but you can tell that she starts to have feelings for him towards the beginning of the selection: “ I watched him go and told myself that the only reason I was smiling… not because of anything Kile Woodwork had done(Cass 116). Eadlyn also starts to pay more attention to Kile as the selection goes on: “I sat there staring at Kile” (Cass 138). I also predict this, as a result of Eadlyn wanting to be around Kile more as time goes on: “ maybe for the first time ever, I wanted to hear him speak” (Cass 163). Kile is kind of a benefactor for America due to him starting to care more about Eadlyn too, considering he went and asked her if they were ok after their first fight. Eadlyn is getting more comfortable with having Kile around and talking with him, which shows that they have some feeling for each other :”Why haven’t we really talked before? It’s so easy”(Cass 252). Kile also assented America’s statement of communicating being easy between the two of them.
