Over the past 500 years, more than 1,000 known species have gone extinct. The case of extinction has been occurring on Earth as long as life has existed, however it did not come to light as an issue to the general public until just over a century ago. The Public Service Announcement from The Wildfire Conservation Society is effective at convincing the audience of the importance of animal extinctions and laws passed. As humans, we have made this issue a chaos due to hunting animals, global warming, and the way we treat our environment.
