The most notorious eco-terrorist in all of Gotham City, Dr. Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy). Although she is on the mad scientist side, one can't deny that her abilities can potentially help save millions. Her immunity to all viruses, bacteria, and toxins, as well as her knowledge of botany can lead to many discoveries in the medical field. This correlates to her ability in plant manipulation, where she can create plant hybrids for further medical purposes. Being Poison Ivy I would proceed to help in reforestation or even end hunger by creating crops in the desolate areas. The possibilities of things that can be achieved being Poison Ivy are endless.
