An LEP, or a licensed educational psychologist, does many tasks to help support children in school and other areas of the educational field. They not only help out students with academic achievements, social stressful objectives, and correct any behavioral or emotional issues.(School psychologist). Becoming an LEP is not too enduring. Considering the average amount of college hours needed to receive a bachelor’s degree is roughly between 120 to 124 hours, a degree in educational psychology only requires 60 hours of college credit to gain the job. This training also requires that one does a yearlong internship to lightly adjust to the everyday tasks that one will be engaging in for the future years to come (School Psychologist).
