The Authentic Mexican Food

Mexican food has been a long and diverse mixture of adding different type of of food from different population that is combine in which make it in a whole. The authentic Mexican food started of with the Mayan Indians, which were accustomed to being nomadic hunters and gatherers. The most common food they’ve used was corn tortillas with bean paste, but also ate tropic fruits and fish. Later on, in the mid 1300’s, Aztec Empire was burgeoning, chili peppers, honey, salt, and chocolate was introduced to the Mexican food chain. Eventually, in 1521, Spain invaded Mexico, which imported new livestock such as sheep, pigs and cows. Also brought dairy products, garlic different herbs, wheat and spices.
