But there is one difference they don't know; it is hope Native Americans have lost all hope. They have suffered and suffered and have lost all their desires. They know because they live on the reservation that there dreams will not come true. They can't have anything they want unlike white society; where as, we have the ability to do whatever we want without limitations we have what they call “White Privilege.” We are not discriminated against and we live in communities with higher incomes and better schools. We have a better chance to be successful. Native Americans have the same rights as us but not the same opportunity. Native Americans know how to appreciate the world and the gifts they have, while in my culture the children just expect gifts from their parent they don't take in to count money because it has never been a problem the children have less to worry about when they don't live on the reservation. While children on the reservation know that they are poor and they know they can't buy gifts for christmas and
