When the topic of abortion arises, Pro-choice advocates believe that it is not considered murder, when in reality, it is. Now, when discussing murder in this case, there are multiple opinions about when a child’s life begins. For example, many people believe that life does not begin at the moment of conception, so therefore, abortion is not murder. However, those who hold this opinion are incorrect. There is scientific evidence, as well as Biblical evidence proving that a child’s life beings at conception. Discussing scientific evidence, it has been proven that a fertilized egg is in fact a person because it contains both the mother’s and father’s DNA. Additionally, to discuss the Biblical view, in Genesis it says that a person is alive when

For pro-life activists, there are two opinions. The first overwhelming opinion is that once the child is conceived, it is living. The second follows the idea of once a mother feels the child “kick,” which is around the eighth week, it is living. For pro-choice activists, scientific fact argues loudly that the fetus is absolutely “unable to sustain life outside the woman’s womb… instead an in utero fetus with the potential of becoming a child.” (Planning Parenthood)…

The topic of abortion is an extremely delicate one that is not to be taken lightly by any means. This debate is so delicate that it is possible that there may never be a mutual agreement reached between supporters of “Pro-Life” and “Pro-Choice” alike. If an agreement is to be reached it is imperative that we answer several tedious questions like “At what point of conception is the unborn child living and at what point does it have basic human rights?” for example. Questions like this contain no easy answer and they will not be easily answered.…

The political issue I picked was abortion. Many people oppose abortion and think it’s the most inhumane and worst act on the face of the planet. Abortion should be use for special occasions though, not for people to just use it as a form of birth control because that in itself is wrong and immoral to kill a human being just because you want to party and have unprotected sex and not want to have to deal with the baby, abortion should be used for instances such as rape, or financial issues; the reason is because after a person has been raped I doubt that they would want to have that child as theirs and abortion would be the only way to solve that issue. Most people who oppose abortion dislike it for moral views for they believe that all people…

Abortion is a serious debate in many states, but why are many politicians trying to prevent abortion from being legal in their state? Abortion is defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy. In the United States, it is legal to get an abortion up to the date of birth in a few states, but many women can attest to how difficult it is to actually get one, especially in the 42 states where late term abortion are illegal. A woman should not be forced to drive to another state or drive hundreds of miles to get an abortion due to the limited number of clinics and ridiculous state policies. Abortion needs to be much more readily available for women who want it and laws and regulations should be eased to allow more flexibility and availability.…

The common debate among for abortion to be permissible or impermissible always falls on the idea that abortion is murder, and thus the idea that life begins at conception. Many factors play a role in the abortion debate: one believing that life begins at conception, that all murders are impermissible, and whether a woman has a certain obligation to her body. The argument is flawed; for the simple plausible element that abortion is permissible. When you look at abortion, you need to decide which side the majority rests. People will always argue their belief, saying they have the most power and their side is the most politically correct.…

Abortion is a huge problem that has caused a wide range of controversy all over the United States. There are two sides to the problem, which are people who oppose abortion or support it. Abortion becomes a big deal when trying to decide whether a fetus should be considered a human being already when a woman aborts. In my case I believe that a woman should not be able to abort a child inside her unless there is some type of serious medical issue where the child may not come out alive. When a woman aborts a child, they did not want, it is like the killing of another human being who had no say or ever did anything wrong to deserve it.…
