With any career path I decide to take, I plan to be a leader and I intend to strive to become the best leader I can be by utilizing these qualities in my life. “If you can become the leader you ought to be on the inside, you will be able to become the leader that you want to be on the outside. If you are able to do that," says Maxwell, "you'll find there's nothing in this world you cannot do". To be a great leader of others, you must first be a great leader of yourself. No one is perfect, we will always make mistakes and face tribulations throughout our entire lives. The key is how we react and the decisions we make when we face these difficult times and also how we bounce back to turn a minor setback into a major

Introduction The Daodejing or the Tao Te Ching, the work of the ancient Chinese sage Lao Tzu or Laozi dates back to the late 6th century BC according to some counts and to the late 4th century BC according to others. We can thus safely say that this “Book of the Way” was written in a period well before our times.
