It is obvious that the recreational use of marijuana is illegal in all forms and being caught with it can result in a series of offenses and can even lead to millennial time in incarceration. As many crimes that are being done daily and are either overlooked or seen as less crucial than being caught with marijuana. It is amazing to me that the laws toward this subject haven’t been modified. In other states bit by bit, weed is becoming legalized and is being less frowned upon every else. Daughters are losing fathers and mothers are losing sons as a result of this petty crime. As far as research goes and as far as I can tell, the only type of destruction that can be done with someone having marijuana in their system of having it for recreational use is the slaughter of a bag of Doritos. I feel that this deserves to be modified and if this is done, then the rate of people being incarcerated will drop
