SPL Family is launching a new telework program starting next quarter. Implementing telework can greatly increase our savings by reducing use of energy and office resources. This program gives you the opportunity to work from home, instead of coming into the office. Now you will be able to work at times when it is most efficient for you, rather than the company’s time. In order to qualify for teleworking, you must meet the following criteria:
• Own a computer with all company-installed license applications including: o Communication o Security Software
• Must have a secured wireless Internet connection.
• Agree to work in the office a minimum of one day a week.
• Submit time and expense reports daily.
