Teenagers Should Have After School Jobs After High School

Life lessons, responsibility, and balancing money is everything a teenager learns how to do when they have their first job. All teens will eventually obtain a job, but teens who start working in their early years learn a lot more and are more prepared for their future jobs. Teenagers who start a job early are more likely to be ready for their next serious job, this is being affected by college students looking for a job but can only have one's where teenagers acquire their first job because they have no past experience which affects our society by not preparing the teenagers of today for their next serious job. Teaches them how to attain a job which can be hard in difficult, how to prepare their interview, and their resume which is key to obtaining jobs. Statistics show that it teaches “Showing up on time, taking responsibility, getting along with co-workers and supervisors, earning your own money -- and learning how to manage it -- are all critical skills, just as much as knowing how to program a computer or write a literate report” (Why teens need a summer job) this proves that teens need jobs to teach life lessons.
In addition to life lessons, they can also learn responsibilities which helps the teens learn within the job.
