From the experience of being an athlete and taking part in different organizations throughout my life I have developed the skills that have helped me to become an exceptional team player in my personal opinion. My strengths as a team player are I am very accommodating to others and their opinions, I am always willing to try any idea that presents itself, and I will always get the job done. These strengths allow me to work well with others and I feel like they will make it easy for others in the organization to work with me because I do not try to shut them down and I do not sit back while everyone else participates. However, my weaknesses as a team player are I am very outspoken and as well as stubborn. To many that could imply that I am opinionated
