Retailers New Way to Communicate with Customers
According to Jennifer Reingold, Fortune magazine writer, brick-and-mortar stores are out and technology is in, that is means of online shopping via technology. So, over the holidays retailers needed to come up with a new way to communicate with their customers in stores, as well as online. Stores such as Target, Macy’s, and Kohl’s all took there brick-and-mortar locations to the next level. Michael Jones, writer for Forbes magazine, tells us about how Target has created a new, convenient, in-store experience called “Target Wonderland”.
