Earlier in a report, Paul Skrbec, a spokesperson with Delta Air Lines was quoted saying, “We have invested millions of dollars in baggage tracking over a number of years. That was one of those core, behind-the-scenes services for our customers.” There is a whole lot of analytics that happens to make a single process like baggage tracking fall in place. This shows the vitality of the analytics reports being generated on a daily basis and, is just one area to quote from a much wider avenue of prospects.
