Tailored Logistic Support Program (TLSP). TLSP enables authorized customers to order COTS part numbered items, i.e. tactical equipment, marine life saving and diving products, and services. All TLSP purchases will require prior approval from N01C (NSWC contracting). N01C will provide 5 days turn around response for all TLSP request. NSW subordinate commands shall retain contracting approval request, TLSP Excel order spreadsheets and receipts.
