Each gene has instructions to make or build a protein. In protein coding the sequence is always in groups of three nucleotides. These groups of three are called codons. Every codon has one amino acid in a protein. All proteins need to start with the ATG codon. Most biological activities are carried out by proteins. In order to have the DNA sequence that reads ATG-ACT-CAT-GAG-TGA to be translated into the RNA to build a protein there has to be proteins that are not the same to be able to perform this function. The DNA also needs to be changed into the RNA and the RNA has to be changed into a protein. In order for the cell to have a proper function the proteins that are necessary need to at the time that is proper be synthesized. The first step we have to do in order to get this sequence is to create and then recreate the DNA’s original template by applying nucleotides …show more content…
in order for proteins to bind there has to be an operator which holds the DNA code. ATG-ACT-CAT-GAG-TGA need to go through the process of the polymerase RNA allowing the transcription to occur. In order for this to occur there has to be a TATA box that tells the TATA to repeat so in order to ATG-ACT-CAT-GAG-TGA there has to be a ATG box that tells the ATG to repeat and then polymerase of the RNA allowing the transcription to occur. In order to have a transcription there has to be a factor. For example, ATG is the first to bind to the ATG box and then binding ACT to the AGT box and then we have the rest of the sequence that needs to bind to the TAG box. Once the sequence is done RNA can bind to the sequence that is upstream. When RNA is bound along with the other transcription factors. Factors that are transcription respond to the stimuli they get from the environment where the proteins find the places where they can bind to and have transcription of the gene
