Over the years Dicks Sporting Goods has gained recognition through their fitness clothing. In particular women's fitness leggings which have become a trend in modern America. However, there are many other highly recognized competitors that sell fitness leggings. Competitors like Gazelle Sports and Lululemon both significant in the fitness legging market. Briefly, I will analyze them through aspects such as strengths, weakness, and differences.

Dicks Sporting Goods

One key element that makes Dicks Sporting Goods different from its competitors are there lower prices. Dicks fitness leggings are way more affordable than its competitors. The average price for fitness leggings at Dicks would be around the 50 dollar range. Compared to Lululemon and Gazelle Sports whose leggings range around the 80 dollar range. The price diffrences acts as an advantgae for Dicks Sporting Goods. If Dick decided to raise their prices on their fitness leggings to 65 dollars they would not lose customers. Customers would not substitute them for Gazelles or Lululemon's fitness leggings. Dicks would still remain dominate in selling

Lululemon's fitness leggings are technologically made better than the avergae fitness leggings at Dicks. Through advanced technology Lululemon stands out from its competitors. Advance technology also enables Lululemon to produce a more comfortable fitness legging. Fabric is also another key focus of Lululemon. Fabric is specifically chosen for each fitness legging giving Lululemon fitness leggings a unique texture and style. Therefore, they are able to charge a high price for their product. The only downfall is that there fitness leggings can be substituted by those who don't see the sophistication of detail put in the fitness leggings. Others who can distinguish the difference between the leggings and rather prefer Lululemon leggings would not be sensitive to a rise in
