Unique skills and Competency
Members of Poptails Plus have prepared an assessment of their leadership, experience and competency skill sets. The results will assure we match these skills and expertise to the appropriate functions to operate the business. My assessments will aide in defining the gaps, where my team members will compliment those gaps, how my strengths will benefit Poptails Plus and identify Brain Trust and friends to support the weaker skills.

My twenty five years of experience in health care has been very diversified and has afforded me extensive background lead multiple areas of the business. In addition to my career, owning three businesses in the food industry, fitness and owning vacation rental …show more content…
I have twenty years of leadership experience ranging from management to executive level. Lead or member of many committees for colleague engagement, team building and lean six sigma trained. Extensive experience in business and project management for new services lines, acquisitions, management agreements and overall system improvement.
Weaker Skill Sets Although exposure and experience to majority of the categories in the competency inventory, it would benefit our company to have others with stronger skills and experience lead or support these areas. These areas are manufacturing and purchasing, finance as it relates the actual accounting process and report development, and all aspects of legal, excluding the real estate portion. . Team Member Support Michael, has twenty-six years of manufacturing experience, lean six- sigma trained and has been successful in turn around companies. He will be an excellent asset to managing the production, inventory management, purchasing and capacity needs. Asta has an accounting degree and Brent works in developing pro formas and financial management in his current role. They both will be assets to overseeing the accounting functions that produce the appropriate statements for …show more content…
I firmly believe we will require a contract with an accounting and legal firm. The marketing and sales arena is so critical to the business, that even with my experience; I would use my Brain Trust members from JUMP Marketing, Jon Teide and Barret Book. They may require a consulting agreement but this should cost less than hiring them to perform all functions. I believe for distribution and contracting with the venues we desire I will bring in my Brain Trust member from St. Louis food industry, Kevin Sthair. He will be a good resource to guide us to consultants as
