Austin grill is a fast casual style restaurant in downtown Silver Spring, however, unlike Red Lobster, they cater to a wider and more diverse target population. They are located only 0.35 miles from the Metro station and offer easy and affordable garage parking. They also provide outside seating and the option to order takeout from their menu options. . The concept behind Austin grill is to provide customers with the food that generations of Texans have come to expect with an Austin twist. This includes a wide variety of menu items such as Specialty margaritas with real lime – no store-bought mixes. Hand rolled enchiladas, and their most popular food item. Their signature charbroiled chicken wings. Austin grill is definitely marketed as a restaurant that caters to everyone and not just a single population or demographic. Because of their strategy of creating an atmosphere and sense of inclusion among their customers, I would definitely say that Austin grill’s biggest positive is their crossover appeal.
