Services provided by an office facility are the agreed organisational procedures that support management.
There are several tasks I carry out on a day to day basis in my role, these include effectively communicating with colleague sand customers which includes making and receiving various telephone calls. I also provide and maintain good customer service and solve any problems that might be brought up by customers or colleagues all whilst being professional, welcoming and courteous. It is also part of my job to book in any curtain or blind measuring and fitting appointments, as well as set dates and times for Phoebe (manager/owner of the shop) to meet with our existing suppliers or potential new ones.
