The development model also assist trainees in becoming effective, at rendering therapy. Workshops provide information. Individuals working as clinical psychology had a limited amount of resources. However, qualified personnel’s can attend continuing professional development workshops. The development model requires qualified personnel’s to attend training and workshops. The supervisor need to attend workshops in order to supervise others. Supervisor are mandated to take specific workshops, and to be sure the workshop is approved.
