Supervisors and supervisees work together and collaborate on what can help clients. They work together to find a solution for those seeking treatment. Supervisors and supervisee relationships are important because it help treatment become effective. Their relationship must focus on helping clients resolve their issues. “Covertly and along the informal power lines, the supervisee gains control in the relationship. Each one of the individuals must trust one another. The supervisor and supervisee can continue to work together even when things go wrong.
