    In todays society we, as children, are groomed to fit into the traditional gender roles by the purchases of gender-specific toys (ie. Trucks for boys, easy bake ovens for girls) as well as the purchase of blue and green clothing for boys and pink for girls. Many don’t even realize that they are ingraining things such as gender role in their children from such an early age.
