Over the past several years Dunkin’ Donuts has incurred indebtedness that has affected their financial standings. As of December 29, 2012, there was a total indebtedness of approximately $1.9 billion which excludes $1.5 million of undrawn letters of credit and $88.5 million unused commitments under the senior credit facility. The following year on December 28, 2013, there was approximately $1.8 billion indebtedness which excludes $3.0 million of undrawn letters of credit and $97.0 million of unused commitments under the senior credit facility.
