1.1 Problem Summary Ravi raj Chemicals Company manufactures the sulphamic acid. During the process scrubber through SO3 gas liberate the atmosphere. So these SO3 undesirable gases are reducing. The SO3 gas is hazards and it is pollute the atmosphere. In this project we can solve the possible solution then apply to the plant scale.

1.2 Objective Of Projects In these manufacturing process of sulphamic acid first raw material put at the batch reactor and after some time hot discharge solution in put the dumping system and in these system solution temperature is reduce and further pass through the cooling tower and remains gas are pass through scrubber. 1.4 Literature Survey

In the first method, the SO3 are reacting with the NH3, in first stage. And after made up the ammonium sulfamino and its react with sulphuric acid in a second stage, it is giving the ammonium bisulphate. The ammonium bisulphate is separated by the filtration in form of the ammonium sulphate. So it is neutralization of crystallization of the sulphamic acid. The manufacture of sulphamic acid from the reactants urea, sulphuric acid, and SO3 and heated at about 75º C to 85º C. CO (NH2)2 + H2SO4 + SO3 → 2NH2SO3H + CO2

When the sulphur trioxide is reacting with the ammonia, contain amidosulfonic acid and imido-disulfonic acid is obtained. From the resulting solution sulphamic acid precipitates in high give up. Which is pumped through in reactor and added into urea and at the end of mixture of sulphamic acid and H2SO4 (70%w/w) is produced. In this process between temperatures should not be more than 70ºC. Further that slurry is cooled in cooling tub and the temperature of slurry is bring down to the room temperature now that slurry is feed to the centrifugal drier and drier upto the final product containing 3% to 4% of moisture that product is converted into powdered formed by using will then the final powdered product is packed for the exporting and selling .
In this process given byproduct is 70% H2SO4 uses as the raw material for the other industries line paint & pigment, fertilizer industries and many more.
