Chiles rellenos (stuffed peppers) is a traditional Mexican dish that originated in the city of Puebla. The filling of the stuffed pepper is with either cheese or meat and then served in a tomato sauce. The filling varies depending on the regions of Mexico. The most traditional way is peppers filled with cheese. Like life, cooking comes with a set of instructions. The recipe of chiles rellenos is a long process, often passing the steps from one generation to the next, ensures the taste, and the perfect serving look. One day while I was working at the grocery store, a customer purchased Poblano peppers and Chihuahua cheese. Afterwards, I started craving stuffed peppers; I could almost taste the spicy, salty peppers with cheese. Therefore, when I got out of work, I decided to buy four Poblano peppers, a package of Monterrey Jack cheese, a dozen eggs, two tomatoes, garlic and one onion. Now, came the crucial part of serving the plate to look like a picture. I served my only good looking stuffed pepper in a soup plate with only half ounce of the tomato sauce and added some of the cheese pieces. For the taste to be good, the correct cheese is essential, so that it melts and cooks quickly. In addition, the cheese will give the stuffed pepper the salty flavor. As a placed a piece of the stuffed pepper in my mouth, I tasted the spiciness of the pepper and it was good. When I saw my mother, I told her my story; after my mother finished laughing, she mentioned that I had skipped the part of rolling the peppers over the flour.
The traditional recipes are the instructions for cooking. For the stuffed peppers to look as good as it tastes in the dish every step is essential. Every step no matter how small or insignificant and if not followed, it leads to a
