From analysis of tutor and preceptor feedback over the past 3 years of clinical practice, I had gained various positive and constructive responses that I often reflect on. I believe my areas of strengths as a student nurse transitioning into an RN is the ability to stay organized, ability to respond to feedback in a constructive manner, and confidence in my nursing skills and assessments. While these are all important aspects of nursing, the requirement to think critically by linking the patients sign and symptoms to their diagnosis is essential, which is my main area of growth.
