Stress is a normal reaction of the body to external events that threatens its internal balance. It makes one feel worried and nervous. It is a natural feelings, it is very common in our century. The twenty first century is the century of stress; people are always stressed because of exams or job interviews. People are under stress during long work hours. People are under stress when they have a limited time in order to finish research work or projects. Stress can be: positive, neutral, or negative. Stress is a short-termed feeling if it takes a long time; then we have to ring the alarm. In most cases, people can recognize the reasons of stress. They have to use different and new methodology. In "Stress, Coping and Depression", the authors claim that serious stress brings about depression if not recognized. They say that "Researchers should consider conceptually driven taxonomies and stress". In " Work Stress: The Making of Work Epidemic", the authors observe that: "Both lay people and researchers alike, work stress indicates the "natural" limit of human endurance and resilience, a product of unsustainable pressures and demands placed on the worker by late capitalism; while for others the phenomenon represents nothing more than claims by disgruntled or feckless workers backed by wooly and imprecise science". This quote is very important and extremely related to the subject-matter of the research it indicates the fact that stress could be beyond endurance. It bothers workers a great as they have a heavy load on their shoulders. Their lives are full of: demands, requirements and great pressure.
